In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the items to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund providing the goods are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging.

MeMe London is unable to accept returns for the following items:

Sale items - No returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items. This includes flash or limited time promotions.

Earrings - We are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

Worn items - We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on pieces that have been worn.

How to take care of your jewellery

The design of our jewellery is very delicate and can need a great deal of care. To keep your MeMe London jewellery in great condition and avoid tarnishing, we suggest you follow these simple steps when caring for your jewels:

• After showering, using lotion, or any other body product, wait until you are completely dry before adding your jewellery. Some products can have a negative reaction with plating and can cause a change in texture or colour.
• Always apply perfume before putting on your jewellery. Perfume chemicals can react with metal, so you don't want to spray it directly onto your pieces.
• Do not sleep, shower, or do the dishes in your jewellery.
• When not wearing your jewellery, store in separate airtight plastic bags to prevent fading or tarnishing.
